If you are looking for a way to stay healthy, improve your health, or manage a health condition, we invite you to find out about the free, evidence-based health and wellness programs we sponsor in our five counties. Example programs include:
- Otago home exercise program designed to improve strength & balance
- Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance
- National Diabetes Prevention Program
- Stanford’s Chronic Disease Self-Management Program

Oregon Money Management Program
The Oregon Money Management Program is a statewide network of service providers coordinated by the Department of Human Services. To learn more about services offered and to find a service center near you, view and/or print a program flyer.
